Welcome to the Den!

I'm pleased you found your way to the Den, a place for open and honest communication around sex, intimacy, sexuality, body-image, self-esteem, eroticism, mindfulness, sexual health, and relationships.

I am a Relationship & Intimacy Counselor and Educator, specializing in group lectures and workshops, and counseling with individuals and couples. My intention is to design education that leads to empowerment in sexual satisfaction, self-expression, authentic communication, and healthy decision-making.

EDUCATIONAL TOOL
Please use this website as your educational tool for accurate information on sex, intimacy, relationships, sexual health, and communication. My BLOG is continually updated. Throughout, you will find educational videos from In the Den with Dr. Jenn, an entertaining and engaging video podcast series about sex. Feel free to comment or ask questions!

LECTURES/WORKSHOPS
If you are part of a university or organization and are interested in my workshops and lectures for your campus, for Love Your Body Day, sexual health week, Women's History Month, or any time of year, please click HERE.

INDIVIDUALS/COUPLES
I work in person or via Skype. I help women and men feel comfortable in their bodies, embrace their sexuality in a way that feels right to them, and open dialogue around difficult yet vital topics. I help couples deepen their intimacy and communicate in a safe and honest way around their sexual needs and desires. The work I do is similar to a sex therapist, however I am a sociologist with a holistic approach. If you are interested in learning more about working with me as an individual or couple, please click HERE.
